By accessing and using these Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volguard and all of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives or attorneys and their respective heirs, successors and assigns (hereon collectively known as the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to any breach by you of this Agreement or the representations, warranties, and covenants you have made by agreeing to these terms. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. Volguard reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
Infringement Notices and Takedown
Volguard prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. If you believe that any material contained on the Websites infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you should notify Volguard of your copyright infringement claim in accordance with the following procedure.
